Free results and diary writing are separate from optional paid access. A one-time purchase is not an automatically renewing subscription.

Accounts and age
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Use an email or Google account you control and protect its access. Respect others’ rights and do not submit another person’s sensitive information without appropriate permission.
Free and paid features
Basic charts, available placements and complete questionnaire results are not deliberately cut short to force a purchase. Signed-in diary writing is free. The present-state detail experience offers a bounded three-round reflection, subject to the trial and safety limits shown there, not a fresh daily allowance.
Optional deep readings and follow-up access are described at purchase and depend on completed source material. Monthly/annual reviews and recurring subscriptions are not currently offered. A plan or preview is not a purchased entitlement.
Orders and access
Check the product, amount, currency, included scope and eligible upgrade credit before confirming payment. Current PayPal products use one-time payment; access requires server-side payment confirmation. Opening checkout does not establish payment. Restricted or unavailable checkout is not an invitation to transfer money elsewhere.
Single-perspective and combined-perspective purchases are different products. Credit applies only to the eligible upgrade described, not as a cash balance. Keep your order reference. Narenue does not store PayPal passwords or full card details.
Delivery, faults and refunds
Access is delivered to the account and scope shown at purchase. Contact support for duplicate charges, non-delivery, unauthorized payments or persistent faults. A submitted request is reviewed; it is not an automatic refund decision.
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty digital content or any applicable withdrawal right. Starting delivery does not itself remove those rights. Where an exception requires express prior consent and acknowledgment, these must be obtained separately; accepting these terms is not a blanket waiver.
Content and reasonable use
You retain your rights in submitted material and permit processing necessary for requested functions and Privacy purposes. This does not authorize publishing private entries as testimonials. Respect copyright and privacy. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse trials, interfere with security, submit malicious software or cause harm. Proportionate limits or suspension may address abuse.
Availability and responsibility
Incomplete input, errors or provider outages can interrupt features. Failed generation must not be presented as completed delivery. Keep an export of important records. Material changes affecting paid access or stored records require appropriate notice. About & limitations explains the reading scope. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law prohibits excluding; mandatory local protections remain relevant.

Send order references, dates and the issue through Feedback & support or the published email, not passwords, verification codes or full payment credentials.
