Information and purpose

Sign-in processes an email, account identifier, verification/session information and, for Google sign-in, a verified Google identity. Narenue does not receive your Google password. Birth details support calculations; questionnaire choices support scoring. Submitted words, optional feelings and response preferences support the exploration requested. Avoid identity documents and other people’s private information.

Saved results, diary entries, self-rated check-ins, conversations and actions support the archive you choose to keep. Order references, amount, currency, status and access rights support delivery and order assistance. Feedback supports investigation. Limited operational events, request counts and security metadata support reliability and abuse prevention; feature events do not include full diary or moment text.

Browser copies and account records

Guest drafts and locally saved results or moments use browser storage. Opening the archive does not upload them. Manual sync sends the selected material to the signed-in account. Account diary and result/report requests are processed on the server when submitted. Local and account copies are separate.

Writing a diary entry does not request interpretation. A requested reading or follow-up uses the relevant submitted chart/result, question and conversation context. Your entire diary history is not automatically supplied to that request.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and handles connection/request metadata. Neon PostgreSQL stores account records in the configured AWS Ohio region, United States. Google handles your chosen sign-in; Resend delivers verification email. Providers receive information needed for their respective functions.

When you request an individual response, DeepSeek receives the relevant submitted material and conversation context. Moment-response requests exclude your account email and phone number. DeepSeek processing can involve China; identity, infrastructure, email and payment providers may also process information outside your country. Their own processing/retention terms apply; we do not promise zero retention or exclusively local processing.

PayPal handles payment credentials and its own verification. Narenue receives order/payment-confirmation information, not PayPal passwords or full card numbers. We do not sell private diary text or use it for advertising profiles. Where applicable law requires an additional international-transfer mechanism or consent, that requirement must be satisfied; this notice alone is not a transfer safeguard.

Cookies and security

Essential cookies support sessions and request/trial limits. Browser storage remembers drafts, local records, language and motion choices. The current application has no advertising pixels. Clearing site data may sign you out and remove unsynced records. Transport protection and account access controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your email and device; report suspected exposure to support.

Retention and deletion

Account records remain until removed using available controls or account closure. Closure removes account-linked application records; local copies, downloads and providers’ independently retained copies need separate management. Removing a result does not necessarily remove its source moment.

Operational cleanup windows are shown below. They describe settings, not proof that maintenance has already run. Information genuinely needed for a dispute or legal obligation may be retained only as applicable law permits; payment providers may independently retain transaction records.

Choices, rights and contact

Account settings provide export, correction and account-deletion controls. Local moments can also be exported. Contact the address below for applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or consent-withdrawal requests. Identity verification may be needed. Withdrawing an optional choice does not undo earlier lawful processing. You may also contact your competent data-protection authority.

Processing needed for a requested account, calculation or purchase serves that function; optional submissions/consents and proportionate security measures serve their stated purposes. Exact legal bases and rights depend on applicable law. This notice does not limit statutory rights. The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Material data-use changes should be explained before a new use starts, with a renewed choice where required. The operator and contact information are published below.
